Return and Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.Agee Woodworks is committed to providing excellent, personalized customer service. We consider ourselves to be experts in the mantel industry and work very hard to make sure your experience with Agee Woodworks is a positive one. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIAL UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE PRODUCT AND ARE SATISFIED. Agee Woodworks will refund 100% of your purchase amount should you be dissatisfied with any standard, unfinished mantel or shelf (*please refer to definition of standard sizes below*) Simply call or email Agee Woodworks for a return authorization number and return the item in sellable condition in the original packaging, freight pre-paid within 7 days of original delivery to: Agee Woodworks, 10997 Richardson Road, Unit 2, Ashland, VA 23005. Should we receive the return in a condition that is not sellable, we reserve the right to charge up to 25% in restock fee. Unfortunately we can not accept returns on custom items which include non-standard size, stained or painted fireplace mantels and mantel shelves. Your mantel is inspected prior to shipment ensuring that it is in excellent condition before it leaves our shop. Although our mantels are packaged securely to prevent any damage, there is a remote possibility that damages can occur in shipping. When you receive your product via UPS or FedEx Ground, please open and inspect the product immediately since they deliver without signature requirement. If there is obvious damage, you must contact Agee Woodworks immediately and report the damage so that a claims process can be put into motion. When you receive your product via freight, before signing for the shipment you should inspect the carton and contents. Should you notice any damage, please note it on the bill of lading, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items if you do not immediately inspect the delivery or if there is no notation on the Freight Bill of Lading. If you are unable to inspect the contents at the time of delivery, you have 24 hours from the time the package was delivered to open and inspect it. If you wish to initiate any damage claim, do so at that time directly with Agee Woodworks.
